Didier Reynders

Didier Reynders was born on August 6 1958 in Liège (Belgium), a Belgian politician and a member of the liberal reformers (Mouvement Réformateur).

In 1981 he received his JD from the University of Liege. From 1986 to 1991 he was President of the National Railway Company of Belgium (SNCB) and from 1991 to 1993 he was President of the National Association of Air Transport. From 2004 to 2011 he served as Deputy Prime Minister.

From 1999 to 2011 he served as Minister of Finance. He currently holds the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of International Trade and Minister for European Affairs.
