Lyonpo Kinzang Dorji

Former Prime Minister of Bhutan. He first took the post on August 14 2002. After leaving the post on August 30 2003, he was appointed Minister of Public Works and Settlements. 4 years later, on August 2 2007 as a result of the resignation of Khandu Dorji Wangchuk, he regained the premiership, where he remained until April 2008.
