Huang Haibo

Huang Haibo was born in 1976 in Hebei Province, China. Huang graduated from the Beijing Film Academy. He received numerous awards and prizes at international film festivals.

The famous actor believes that the Criminal Justice Act of drug users, of course, should be accepted, but in a tougher measure. When the law toughening the penalties for possession and drug trafficking was accepted, compulsory treatment should have been accepted as well.
