Public Relations Director

Alexander Melnikov was born in 1987 in Frunze City, Kyrgyz SSR. At the age of 22, he graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, specializing in international journalism. In 2010, he worked at the Nazaraliev Medical Center, but he subsequently left Kyrgyzstan and in 2012, whilst living in St. Petersburg, he started working at the World League "Mind Free of Drugs" as a public relations manager. He proved himself as an intelligent and forward-thinking specialist, able to find new innovative approaches to solving problems. In the following year he was appointed as Public Relations Director and took control over the implementation of existing projects being conducted by the World League.
