Born on 21 July 1963 - Chairman of the Board of the National Chamber of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

He began his career as a dentist at the Turgai Regional Dental Clinic in 1985, then as a maxillofacial surgeon at the Central City Hospital of the city of Arkalyk. During the course of his career, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Akmola Regional Department of the MHIF, Head of the Department of the Republican Clinical Hospital and Head of the Department of the Astana City Branch of the National Center for Analysis and Evaluation of the Quality of Medical Services.

Since 2005 he has worked in various positions on the Committee for Control over the Provision of Medical Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then in the Committee for Control of Medical and Pharmaceutical Activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2014 he has served as Deputy Director General of the Republican State Enterprise at the RK "Republican Center for Healthcare Development" of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He is also currently the Chairman of the Board of the National Chamber of Health.
