The world needs you!
On the 26th of June, 2014, the International Day against drug addiction and its illegal trade, a socially oriented organization World League Mind Free of Drugs gives a start to a large scale campaign “The World Needs You!”
“The World Needs you!" is a call for all drug addicted people in the world society. This appeal motivates to fight the addiction in the name of close ones, the ones we love and personal self. When person is stuck inside narcotic illusion, one forgets why he came to this world. We want to remind to all who suffers addiction what it feels like to be useful for the society, to love, to be loved, to be appreciated and to be needed. This is all worth fighting for.
According to the World Health Organization, WHO, 3% of the world population suffers drug addiction. This is a million of people, who is in need for treatment and rehabilitation. They are capable of improving their lives; they are capable of being useful to their communities and their countries.
In this regards, the World League “Mind Free of Drugs”, is proud to announce the charitable event, which is to embrace the whole planet and to be conducted in 194 countries which were officially recognized by the UN organization in 2014, as being critical with addictions.
The aim of the campaign “The World Needs You!” is to motivate as much people as possible for making the decision to undergo treatment and rehabilitation, and completely battle the addiction.
Our task is to actualize the problem of addiction in each given country and community, to reveal the reasons for narcotization, and to demonstrate positive example for rehabilitation. Also, to show a certain “success story” that will serve as a raw model and inspiration for thousands of drug addicts from different countries.
For this purpose, we will invite one candidate from each country for a free treatment and rehabilitation at the facilities of our international center of Dr. Nazaraliev, here in Kyrgyzstan. With the help of Mass Media we will demonstrate to the millions of viewers how the patients battle the addiction. The final success can not be fully guaranteed for every single patient, but professor Nazaraliev will contribute all his effort to help patients who will be participating in this project “The World Needs You!” to attain a full recovery.
During the first stage 2014-2015, the project “ The World Needs You!” will cover 23 Arabic countries.( Near East and North Africa), where due to political instabilities, the change of political regimes and the growth of urbanization, the amount of drug addicted people grows and the market for drugs spreads capturing new territories.
According to terms of the project, each country will be allocated one month for realization. During this month, all who is willing to participate in the free treatment campaign will have to fill out a special application form on our web site www.nazaraliev.com. All applications will be evaluated, and one randomly chosen person will be invited to our clinic in Kyrgyzstan, for a free rehabilitation program.
The whole treatment process will be available for observation to the world society, not only the country where the patient is originally from.

Last 25 years Muhammad has been drinking alcohol and abusing various drugs. For the past 15 years he had been treated several times in hospitals in Jordan and Egypt. In Saudi Arabia, Muhammad attended drug clinics more than 40 times, but always relapsed. At present, Muhammad isn’t married and hopes that the project "The World Needs You!" will help him to build his new future.

The second participant of the project "The World Needs You!" is Mohammed Abdelmaksud.
Mohammed is 40 years of age, married, has four children.
Mohammed is unemployed, cannot provide his family and suffers Tramadol addiction for the past 5 years. His daily dose is three pills.

The Project "The World Needs You!" has been started by the World League "Mind Free of Drugs" on the 26 of June, 2014, the International Day Against Drug Addiction and it's Illegal Trade. Its first stage will be implemented in Arabic countries.
Our first participant arrived from Saudi Arabia, the second participant arrived from Egypt. In 2016 the program will shift further to CIA countries including Kyrgyzstan. The first patient from Kyrgyzstan will be able to begin his treatment on the 26 of June 2015.

The forth participant of the project "The World Needs You!" is the patient from Kyrgyzstan Aibek Karygulov. Aibek is 41 years old. For the past 25 years Aibek has been addicted to alcohol, cannabis, heroine, and for the past two years Aibek has been addicted to methadone. Aibek is divorced, and has five children aged from 5 to 16.
In the past, Aibek held a title of a master of a freestyle wrestling. He received a military education and had license to fly helicopter. Aibek was sentenced for 5 times and served his time. At this time, Aibek is working at the construction site, and is officially assigned to a methadone program. Besides, Aibek is taking psychotropic drugs such as relanium, dimedrol and trapikamid.
The biggest regret in his life is his first injection. About the project Aibek has learned from his friend in the Mosque where he started going in the search for the last hope. “The World Needs You!” project has become the last chance for Aibek to change his life for good.

Abdullah is a next participant from Turkey in a charity project “The World Needs You!”. Abdullah is 33 years of age, and he has been taking drugs for the past 7 years on regular basis. After rehab program in Turkey, Abdullah kept sober for 6 months, but a year later, he switched to synthetic marihuana – Bonsai and Jamaica, which caused overdosing a few times. Because of addiction, Abdullah’s wife filed for divorce. He has no kids, and realizes that this fact upsets his parents tremendously. Abdullah is a photo correspondent. Unfortunately his job relates to constant stress which makes him take drugs even more often.
In general, the whole life of Abdullah is under constant stress. He believes and blames himself that he causes harm to his family. His participation in the project is his last chance to rid himself of addiction and return to a normal, happy life! Abdullah will be undergoing a complete treatment course at the Medical Center of Dr. Nazaraliev, and forty days later he will be strong enough to say NO to drugs!

Воспитывался в интеллигентной семье. Отличился спортивными достижениями на нескольких универсиадах. Сочинял музыку и как артист сотрудничал с известным продюсером. Из-за недоразумения на свадьбе брата в 2006 году был осужден по уголовному делу. Во время отбывания срока впервые попробовал наркотики. После выхода на свободу долго не продержался. Употреблял героин внутривенно. Был участником метадоновой программы, но сильное воздействие заместительной терапии на организм заставило отказаться от нее.
Мать Улана обратилась во Всемирную Лигу «Разум вне наркотика» с просьбой помочь ему. Последние несколько лет она и его брат пытаются спасти его от зависимости. На сегодняшний день Улан пришел к осознанию, что дальше так продолжаться не может и хочет выздороветь. Он стал вторым участником программы «Ты нужен миру!» от Кыргызстана. В ближайшие полтора месяца Улан пройдет полный курс реабилитации в Медицинском центре доктора Назаралиева. Мы расскажем о его лечении и выздоровлении.

Новым участником благотворительной программы «Ты нужен миру!» стал гражданин Алжира Бельхава Салим. На первый взгляд он обычный семьянин – женат, воспитывает троих детей. Однако в свои 36 лет он почти половину жизни употребляет тяжелые наркотики и в том числе по этой причине сегодня является безработным.
Первый раз Салим попробовал наркотики в 19 лет и с тех пор регулярно прибегает к гашишу, героину и субутексу. Он пробовал лечиться, но безуспешно. Благотворительная программа Всемирной Лиги «Разум вне наркотика» «Ты нужен миру!» стала для Салима и его многодетной семьи новой надеждой.
