Jenishbek Nazaraliev

President and spiritual leader

The initiator and spiritual leader of the World League “Mind Free of Drugs” Jenishbek Nazaraliev- is a doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, the President of the medical center of dr. Nazaraliev, a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the World Federation for Mental Health, the coordinator of the regional office in Central Asia, ICAA- an International committee for Alcohol and Drug abuse, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Back in 1989, prof. Nazaraliev was the first one to establish private drug and alcohol abuse treatment clinic, claiming that drug and alcohol addiction is a severe illness and patients with this sickness deserve to be adequately treated rather than isolate from the society.For the past 23 years, Jenishbek Nazaraliev has been successfully treating addictions, which destroy mind and personality of the humans. Patients call him Doctor Life - the name was earned by uneasy daily practice and a heavy battle against alcoholism and drug addiction. Doctor Nazaraliev is the author of unique treatment technology, which helped more than 16,000 people from different parts of the world to rid of addiction.

Being deeply concerned and overwhelmed by the desire to rid humanity from deadly addictions, doctor had visited more than five continents in order to research positive experiences of fight against drug and alcohol addiction, and had written a book devoted to his research. The book, called “Fatal Red Poppies”, has been translated into four languages.

Sergey Matvienko

Vice-President

Sergey Vladimirovitch Matvienko is a popular Russian businessman, and general manager of the ВТБ-Bank (Saint-Petersburg). Sergey has a master’s degree, majoring in international economics and financial management. On the base of large corporations, studied the system of management and financial control in the USA. Sergey Vladimirovitch is the PHD of economic sciences (2002).

In 2011, Sergey Vladimirovitch joined the ideas of the World League and became the Vice-President of the organization.

Sergey is a modern, intelligent erudite, with a great deal of energetic capacity, its own, unique life philosophy, and extraordinary thinking. Being a patriot of its motherland, and sincerely carrying for its country, the Russian Federation, Sergey has demonstrated strong desire for a progressive transformation of youth in his country. During one of the meetings with the President of the World League “Mind Free of Drugs”, Sergey has stated the following: ‘We start realizing not the crusade, but the great march against drug addiction.

Denis Potoski

Director

In 2010, a friend of the doctor, Mr. Denis Potoski, who for the past ten years, has been working   closely with the professor,  had became the director of the World League 'Mind free of Drugs' .

In 1998, Denis Vladimirovitch had graduated from the Informational Technologies Technical University  in Kyrgyzstan, earning the degree in Informational systems in economics.

He was employed by the Medical Center of Dr. Nazaraliev in 2001, becoming the manager of the information department. Right after the foundation of the World League «Mind Free of Drugs», Denis Potoski headed the first project of the league, and through time had positioned himself as a devoted and goal oriented colleague.

Alexander Melnikov

Executive director

Alexander Melnikov was born in 1987 in Frunze city, Kyrgyz SSR. At the age of 22, he graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, specialization in "International Journalism". In 2010, he worked at the Medical Center of the professor Nazaraliev, but later he left Kyrgyzstan.

In 2012, while living in St. Petersburg, he started working at the World League "Mind Free of Drugs" as a PR-manager. He proved himself as an intelligent and initiative specialist, able to find a new innovative approach to solving a particular problem. In the following year he was appointed as executive director and took control over the implementation of the existing projects of the World League.
